Proof and pipeline

Columbia proves the system. Tampa shows the next market.

Operators should see both a live reference market and a launch pipeline before they take a call. Columbia and Tampa make the network feel real.

Show them the business they would run.

A cold prospect needs more than a beautiful city app. They need to see the operating motion behind it: local partners, events, placements, and the workspace that keeps the market moving.

Reusable tenant data model

Why it converts

The operator sees a business machine, not just a pretty landing page. That makes the first conversation feel more concrete.

Build versus launch

Do not spend months rebuilding the plumbing.

A serious operator may have the budget to build. This comparison reframes Citytize as the faster, lower-risk path to market.

Build alone

A local app is not one feature. It becomes a product stack, a data operation, and a sales workflow before the first city can scale.

  • City-aware routing and SEO
  • Maps, pins, categories, and search
  • Business profiles and event publishing
  • Partner onboarding and admin review
  • Payments, analytics, moderation, and support tools

Launch with Citytize

Citytize gives the operator a market-ready foundation while the local team focuses on relationships, content, and revenue.

  • White-label city brand
  • Consumer app and operator dashboard
  • Reusable tenant infrastructure
  • Launch-ready market request workflow
  • A platform that improves as every city improves

Founding Operator Offer

The first 10 cities. We’re picking partners we want to grow with.

If you’re one of the first ten operators to sign:

  • Locked rate for the first 12 months (then converts to standard)
  • All Beta Modules free until they go Live
  • Setup fee waived on any plan
  • Direct line to the founder (me — James)
  • Featured launch partner case study when you’re ready
  • Direct influence on the roadmap
  • 14-day kickoff exit (Founding Operators only). If within 14 days of kickoff we mutually agree the fit is wrong, you exit with a refund of the annual platform fee minus a kickoff fee. After day 14, the 60-day remediation guarantee is the refund path.

This isn’t a permanent discount; it’s a partnership offer. You’re betting on us early, and we’re betting on you back.

Pro Upgrade

Add to either plan.

For operators with active teams, deeper analytics needs, and beta-track appetite.

  • Beta access to new modules
  • Quarterly strategy calls with the founder

Configure your plan

Add-On Bundles.

Most operators add 1-2 of these once they have traction. Toggle on, toggle off. No setup fees on modules.

Audience Bundle

Locals Club Membership · SMS / Push Notifications · Polls & Best Of Voting · Referral Program

For operators ready to deepen engagement and turn casual readers into a community.

Monetization Bundle

Partner Package Manager · Sponsored Content Suite · Ad Slot Manager · Premium Job Board

For operators with active sponsorships and partner relationships. The fastest-paying bundle — most operators recover the cost in their first new sponsor sale.

AI Bundle

AI Local Concierge · Itinerary Builder · Auto-Discovery from Google Places · AI Weekly Recap Newsletter

Unlike generic chatbots, the Concierge is grounded in your specific city’s businesses, events, and editorial — not a Wikipedia summary.

Includes its own quotas: 5,000 AI Concierge conversations/mo and 5,000 Google Places lookups/mo. (These features are not in the base plan — quotas exist only when this bundle is added.)

Verticals Bundle

All 10 content verticals: Sports · Real Estate · Arts & Culture · Family & Kids · Nightlife · Outdoor · Health & Wellness · Auto · Pets · Weddings

For operators serving multi-vertical markets. Each vertical has its own templates, taxonomies, and editorial defaults.

Annual billing

Why annual pricing is the smart move.

We strongly recommend annual billing for operators who can manage the cash flow:

  • Setup fee waived
  • 60-day remediation guarantee (Migration plans only) — if at day 60 your post-migration organic traffic hasn’t recovered to within 70% of pre-migration baseline despite our remediation work, we refund the unused months of the annual platform fee, pro-rated from the trigger date. This is bounded to scenarios we control: recoverable technical or SEO issues during the monitoring window. Algorithm updates, manual penalties earned before migration, or content/editorial regressions are out of scope and will be flagged transparently.
  • Locked rate — no mid-year surprises
  • Easier accounting — one invoice, one transaction
  • Discounted year-2 renewal when you renew annual two years in a row

Setup fees are earned at kickoff and non-refundable. Kickoff = Master Services Agreement countersigned + first scheduled discovery session held. The only exception is the 14-day kickoff exit available to Founding Operators.

Monthly billing is available — but you’ll pay the setup fee and miss the guarantee.

Operator economics

The product has to feel like a business, not a brochure.

Operators do not need a full pricing deck to understand the opportunity. They need clear revenue surfaces and a low-friction first step.

Start with a market review

The first step is not a giant commitment. Citytize can review market fit, availability, launch scope, and operator readiness before a full rollout.

Check market availability

Lower-risk first step

Make the next click feel safe.

The CTA should not feel like an empty inquiry box. It should feel like the start of a practical market review: availability, launch scope, operator fit, and the clearest path to a local platform.

Start market review
01Market request received

Check availability

Share the city, operator background, and why you can win local relationships there.

02Fit and availability readout

Review fit

Citytize checks launch conflicts, market fit, territory scope, and the strongest white-label angle.

03Launch plan outline

Shape the city brand

If the market makes sense, the operator path moves into brand, domain, launch scope, and first categories.

04Operator next steps

Open the operating plan

The serious conversation becomes local sales motion, partner packages, onboarding responsibilities, and timing.

No manufactured scarcity

The page creates urgency through a real review process, not invented countdowns or made-up inquiry numbers.

No mystery product

The operator sees the consumer app, the territory layer, and the admin workflow before asking for a call.

No giant first commitment

The CTA is a market-fit review. That is easier to say yes to than a vague sales form or a franchise pitch.

Launch the next local platform

Your city should not be owned by a national directory.

Give the market a local brand, a real product, and an operator with a reason to care. Citytize supplies the platform layer.

Start with availability, launch scope, and market fit.

What the prospect understands before the call

The consumer platform already exists in Columbia.
Their own city can be visualized as a white-label brand.
The operator model has clear workflows and revenue surfaces.
The first step is a market review, not a blind commitment.
